The vacation home is located in a regular residential zone; our offer is addressed to individuals who don't feel comfortable in typical touristic surrounding.
Price is same for up to 6 people: We do not charge extra, no matter how many you are. However, the place is suited for up to 6 persons.
While our rates are non-refundable, a travel insurance might be suited to curb your apprehension. If you need a starting point please do not hesitate to ask.
Lanai & pool deck caged: For your convenience pool area and lanai is caged, you'll be able to enjoy the sunset holding your drink in one and the paper in the other hand. The third hand you won't need, as all the mosqitoes are expected to be outside the cage.
Janitorial services available: The vacation home handover and return is performed by an english-speaking representative. He would also be your person to address for questions concerning janitorial tasks and everyday-life.
TV entertainment is digitally received by antenna; viewer may select out of a number of programs, including spanish program, religious content and shopping channels. For more entertainment there's always netflix and the like.

Rental fees include all applicable taxes, electric, water, sewage, heating, cooling, internet. Consumables (gas, soap, toilet paper and the like) and groceries are not included in the rental fee. Final cleaning is charged only if necessary.
